Critical Care Mpage – What to do if there is a problem
What to do depends on the problem!
If the chart is not displaying or loading correctly:
- Refresh the screen.
- (If this doesn’t fix the problem) Return to the standard PowerChart processes.
- AND report the problem via the intranet
- Go to the intranet
- Open popular links
- Click “IT Service Portal”
- Click “Raise an Issue”
- Click “Clinical Applications (Faults)
- Click “Critical Care Charts (mPage) Issues and Requests”
If the data loaded in the chart is not as expected or incorrect:
- Refresh the screen.
- (If this doesn’t fix the problem) Return to the standard PowerChart processes.
- AND report the problem via the intranet
- Go to the intranet
- Open popular links
- Click “IT Service Portal”
- Click “Raise an Issue”
- Click “Clinical Applications (Faults)
- Click “Critical Care Charts (mPage) Issues and Requests”
If PowerChart is not functioning as normal:
- Please report to IT service desk online or by calling 21000.
If there is a patient safety issue related to the Critical Care Charts:
- Please return to standard PowerChart processes.
- AND Please report the problem via the intranet:
- Go to the intranet
- Open popular links
- Click “IT Service Portal”
- Click “Raise an Issue”
- Click “Clinical Applications (Faults)
- Click “Critical Care Charts (mPage) Issues and Requests”
- AND please report via inPhase.
