1. Workflow: Create New Note
How to create a note using the pre-set options at the bottom of the light grey menu in the Workflow:
- Complete the appropriate sections on the workflow page as required.
- Scroll to the bottom of the light grey menu on the left.
- Select an option from the Create Note section (blue links).
- Edit your text as necessary.
- Select Save and Close if you wish to continue to edit your note later or Sign/Submit if the note is complete.
- If Sign/Submit has been selected, check the note title, type and date/time then click Sign.
Students only:
- Complete steps 1 to 5 above.
- From the Sign / Submit screen, search for the name of your supervisor in the Clinical Staff Search.
- The selected person will be added as a recipient.
- Select the Sign radio button.
- Click Sign.
- The note will be sent to the selected person’s Message Centre to review and sign.
