How to unrecord (mark in error) a medication administration in the Drug Chart.

1. In the Drug Chart, locate the documented administration you wish to change.
2. Right click and select Unrecord.
3. Enter the reason for the change in the Comment box and click Sign.
4. In error will now be displayed in place of the documented dose.
5. The dose administration box will return to the drug chart at the date and time it was scheduled.
