Quick Guide

Please note, you can only create and use custom problem filters from Diagnosis & Problems.
 
You are within a patient record in Powerchart:
 

  1. Click Diagnosis & Problems in the blue menu on the left side of the record.
  2. Click to open the advanced filter menu.
  3. Click New to enable filter options to be configured.
  4. Enter an appropriate name for the filter being configured.
  5. Select the problem status/es that should display when this filter is used.
  6. Double-click (or single click, and click Add) to include all classifications that should display when this filter is used.
  7. Click Save.
  8. The newly created filter will automatically become active, and can be changed back by using the Display dropdown menu.
