Setting Preview Pane Preferences in Message Centre

How to show your preview pane in Message Centre:

1. Select Message Centre
2. Select Inbox 
3. Select Show Preview Pane

Please note: when you view results in the Preview Pane, you will not have the endorse options. To endorse a result from the preview pane, double-click on the result. For this reason It is not recommended to use the preview function as you will not be able to directly endorse. It is better to open the first message and then use OK and Next to endorse one result after the after.

Similarly for a Secretary supporting a Consultant, only the Open endorse message has the Create button which can be used for creating reminders.
