Quick Guide

To view the orders that need triaged

  1. Select “Triage” from top ribbon
  2. Select the appropriate filters from the options provided
  3. Click the blue “Refresh” button

To triage an order

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the order to be triaged
  2. Complete the “SERVICE USE ONLY” field
  3. Sign the Order
  4. The screen should auto-refresh removing the Order

To amend the order e.g. change to a future order/same day

  1. Click the spanner icon under “IP/OP” next to the order
  2. Complete the appropriate details to change the order e.g. “*Request for a future date?
  3. Complete the “SERVICE USE ONLY” field
  4. Sign the Order
  5. The screen should auto-refresh removing the Order
