Quick Guide

To endorse results or view documents effectively, Message Centre will need to be configured so columns are organised in a specific order.

To find Message Centre Configuration:

  1. Open Message Centre
  2. Select the Inbox drop-down menu (at the very top of the screen)
  3. Select Manage Configuration from the drop-down
  4. In the pop-up that opens select the folder that you want to configure from the menu on the left e.g. Inbox Items > Messages
  5. In the Column section to the right of the pop-up there are two boxes
    1. The box on the right displays columns that are currently visible in the selected folder in Message Centre
    2. The box on the left displays available columns that are not currently visible
  6. In the right hand box, select an column
  7. Use the arrow buttons on the right to rearrange the columns so they display in the order listed below
  8. Repeat for each listed folder (Messages, Documents etc)
  9. Click OK to exit once complete
