HOUDINI & Urinary Catheter Documentation on eRecord

The following guidance shows how to record HOUDINI and Urinary Catheter in Powerchart

From within Powerchart

1. Click on Assessment/ Fluid Balance in the blue menu bar on the left side of the screen
2. Click on the navigator band, e.g. Adult Lines – Devices
3. Select Urinary Catheter and look for the current active documentation.
4. Double click on the field in the Activity row and select Assessment.
   
5. Click on the Urinary Catheter Indications field to select the HOUDINI indication
