How to print an existing DNACPR form from Document Store

This guide shows how to print an existing DNACPR form from Document in PowerChart. If a recent DNACPR form is not found in Document Store please follow the steps outlined in the guide How to print a DNACPR form to create one.

1. Select Document Store

2. Find and open the DNACPR form highlighted in RED

1. Click on the PDF icon

4. Click on the Print icon

5. Check the correct colour printer is selected

6. Check Color is selected and click ‘Print’
