How to register a patient when their GP is unknown.

  1. From the Conversation tab, in PM Office, select Person Correction Manager.
  2. Search for your patient and select them.
  3. In the Organization window, select the hospital where the patient will be seen.
  4. Delete any existing GP details and click the magnifying glass to search.
  5. Type NotKnown into the Surname field.
  6. Click the Search button.
  7. Select the correct Reason for NotKnown.
  8. Add a GP Begin Effective Date (T for today or type a date) and update the patient record.
