Quick Guide

1. From the Conversation tab, in PM Office, select Person Correction Manager.
2. Search for your patient using their MRN or NHS Number and select them.
3. In the Organization window, select the hospital where the user will be seen.
4. Delete the patient GP and search for a new GP.
5. Type MOD Doctor into the Forename field – click the Search button.
6. Select the correct MOD Medical Centre and Organisation.
7. Click OK to update and close the patient record. Please note that Catterick Garrison is recorded as VIMY Medical Centre.
