Quick Guide

  1. From the Conversation tab, in PM Office, select Person Correction Manager.
  2. Search for your patient and select the correct record.
  3. In the Organization window, select the hospital at which the patient will be seen.
  4. Update demographics such as name, telephone number or date of birth by over-typing the existing information.
  5. Select the New icon in the Address Organizer field.
  6. Select UK Residence from the Residence dropdown list.
  7. Click Address Search, type the patients new Postcode and press the Select button.
  8. Highlight the relevant house range then press Select to open up a list of house numbers, again Select the correct address.
  9. Press Accept – click OK to close the search screen.
  10. Click OK to accept the modification to the patient record then save the record.
