Quick Guide
You have opened the patient’s record on the correct encounter and have selected a Workflow:
- Click on Order Profile from any Workflow tab containing this component.
- Click on the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the Cancel/DC button at the top of the window that opened from the right.
- Click on the basket.
- Click Sign.
- If details are required, a window will open. Click on order.
- Fill in required details – e.g. discontinue date/time and reason.
- Sign the order to be cancelled.
