To request a Fluency Direct v12 license, please follow the steps below:

1. Access Service Desk Portal from any Trust computer.
2. Type Digital Dictation where it says “How can we help”.
3. Select the result “Digital Dictation – Account Request (Fluency Direct)”.
4. Fill in and submit the request form.
