1. Go to the NHSmail Portal login page to begin the process – https://portal.nhs.net/Home/Login
2. Click on the ‘Self-Service Password Reset Portal’ link – shown circled in red below:
   
3. On the ‘Get back into your account’ page, enter your @nhs.net email address in the ‘Email or Username’ box
4. Follow on screen instructions
