Quick Guide

1. Select Baby1 from the left hand side menu
2. Click Transitional Care and the start recording Transitional Care option becomes visible
3. A prompt appears with Yes/No options, select Yes to continue
4. The Transitional Care screen is visible with Baby’s history, where the UNICEF Baby Friendly form is available and also to continue select today’s date box
5. The Daily Summary is now ready for Transitional Care recording if required
