How to set the preferences in Drug List (Medication List) in line Pharmacy requirements.

1. Open Drug List.
2. Select Customise View.
3. Set the Selected Columns to display following, in the same order as below:
   • Notifications
   • Type
   • Start
   • Stop
   • Status
   • Order Name
   • Details
   • Order Comment
   • Ordering Clinician
   • Last Updated By
4. In the ‘Select how to group and sort orders’ section set the following:
   • Group Orders By: Active/Inactive.
   • Then By: Clinical Category.
   • Sort Orders By: Order Name.
   • Ascending order.
5. Click OK.
