How to log in to Patient Engagement Portal

Using portal.myhealthcall.co.uk  log in to the Patient Engagement Portal.

1. Login with your NHS email address and a password
2. Press “Continue” then select Google Authenticator or similar
3. Open your authenticator app
4. Scan the QR code
5. Enter the code into your authenticator app
6. You will be provided with a Recovery Code (store this somewhere safe to refer back to)
7. Click Continue to access the Health Call product
