1.  When looking at the Patient Task List it’s possible to change the timeframe you’re looking at using the grey bar towards the top of the screen
  2. Right click on the date range and you should see an option to Change Time Frame Criteria
  3. A new menu should open which will allow you to change the date range in a number of ways – a defined time frame, hour intervals or generic time frame.
    NOTE: The generic time frame option will allow you to specify a particular range of days/hours using the date fields at the bottom of the menu

IMPORTANT: This preference will save and be applied next time you open a patient record. To avoid confusion it should be changed back after looking up the information you need.
