No. Until at least January discharge letters should be processed as normal, in Powerchart/eRecord, and not BadgerNet.

The grey numbers indicate there are multiple forms added for that time period and only the latest one is visible.  To prevent this if you are adding observations select "edit" opposed to adding a new form.

Add medication: "sodium chloride flush PRN'. This will then allow for the site check when the flush is administered.

Turn it off using the power button then place it back on to the charging dock. Within 10-20 seconds you should see the Apple logo and the iPad should power on and start charging.

Where do you find Neurological observations?

There aren't traditional nursing observations for neurological issues so the main way to document this would be as a HIE Assessment. Click on the 'Scoring' section from the left menu. Under the 'HIE Assessment' section click the + to access the neurological assessment form.
