Discharge Summary > Accessing Discharge Summary screen

Discharge Summary screen can be accessed from the grey menu bar at the top of the Powerchart page.

Due to resolution and size of your screen, Discharge Summary may not appear.
In the event of not being able to see the option, please access using one of the two following methods:

Method 1:

1. Click on View in grey menu bar at top of page.
2. Click on Discharge Summary, 10th option down from the top of list.

Method 2:

1. Click on   (toolbar options) to open a window.
2. Click on Discharge Summary within the window.
