Discharging a Patient

IMPORTANT: Discharging a patient to Transitional Care is a separate process which can be found HERE

The standard discharge to home/foster care process is:

1. Click the ‘Discharges‘ title from the menu on the left hand side
2. Click the ‘discharge details‘ button from the right hand side of this screen
3. Complete the form (remember: it is possible to start this form, save and come back later to complete at any time)
4. Save & Close

Note: Saving & closing this form will mean the patient is discharged at the time specified so it is best practice to fill out the date & time after the patient has left to be most accurate. Like most forms in BadgerNet the discharge form can be started, saved and opened again later.
