  1. In the patient record in PowerChart, select Assessments/ Fluid Balance from the menu on the left:
  2. The location of the Food Chart varies depending on whether you are viewing an adult or paediatric patient:
    1. Paediatrics: Ensure that you have the ‘Paediatric Quick View’ Navigator Band available.
    2. Adults: Ensure that you have the ‘Adult Quick View’ Navigator Band available.

  1. Select the Food Chart option.
  2. In the panel to the right document the details of any food intake.
  1. Sign using the green tick to the top left:
