Quick Guide

Information

This guide will show how to create a new visit, amend, reassign, and cancel a visit.  It will also contain other information for example, how to create a search for visits in the future.

Instruction

  1. From the home page click on the Visit button
  2. The Visit page will appear.
  3. Number of Visits:  This area is a will show the number of visits (this week, next week and Future visits).  By select the number, the visits will be listed on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. Visit:  This will list all the visits on that day.

Adding a New Visit

  1. Select the New Visit Button and a box will appear.
  2. The Patient Seaarch box will appear (Visti Request Patient Search). Type in the search box and select the Patient you would like to book a visit for.
  3. Click on OK
  4. The Record Visit box will appear.
  • Date requested: Here you change the date and time to passed or future of the appointment.  NOTE Duration time, please check your department for these times.
  • Staff Requester: This where you would put in another staff member in. If you require to visit the patient with additional people.  Continue down the form filling out any necessary fields.
  • Clinician Assigned: This is the primary staff member i.e. this will be you.
  • Purpose of Visit: Select from the drop-down menu.  This could Initial Assessment to Follow Up.

Reason: Select from the drop-down menu.  This could be Routine or Fast track visit

Referral:  Select from the drop-down menu the correct referral.  Once completed, Select OK

  • The visit is now made, Right Click on the Visit and a visit option will appear (Amend, Cancel & Reassign), then select Consultation to record your visit / clinical / administrative activity.
