Quick Guide

  1. Select +Add on the Requests/Care Plans tab.
  2. Search for the Order Set and select relevant result.
  3. In the pop-up window, select/ de-select the orders as appropriate using the tick box to the left of each order.
  4. Complete Order Details.
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Done to the bottom right of the search screen
  7. In the main Requests/ Care Plans window complete any remaining missing order details if necessary
  8. Click Sign
