Reprinting Labels from the Patient Record
Quick Guide
Collections Enquiry
- In the patient record, select the Collections Enquiry button from the top menu bar.
- A list of Patient’s orders will be displayed; click on the Collection Dt/Tm column heading to sort by date.
- To print all labels, proceed to step 5.
- To print a specific label, minimise the window and proceed to step 8.
Reprinting All Labels from a Particular Date/Time
- Click one of the orders you wish to reprint and drag to select more than one order in the list.
- Select the printer and labels.
- In the pop up that appears check that you are printing all labels for the selected orders and click Print.
Reprinting a Specific Label
- From the Requests/ Care Plans left menu item, locate and click on the name of the order (in blue) for the label you wish to reprint.
- From the Order Information pop-up, select the Additional Info tab and you will see the Accession Number displayed.
- Click on the Collections Enquiry icon on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen.
- Move the Collections Enquiry window so you can see the Accession Number in PowerChart.
- In Collections Enquiry, select the order in the list with the matching Accession Number.
- Select the printer and labels.
- In the pop up that appears check that you are printing all labels for the selected orders and click Print.
