No.  The SBAR Handover form does not generate a report that can be sent.  Neither can the Delivery suite handover summary be sent.  Clinical management decision if the handover form would need to be done in BadgerNet, PowerChart or both.  To my knowledge, this will move to BadgerNet entirely.

How do we mark notes in error if we have written on the wrong record (for example)?

Inform the Digital Midwife.  Local administrators can delete notes if necessary.  For other mistakes, correct the note.

Yes.  There is no change in process.  Consent for taking the blood and the associated tests is also required and will need to be documented.

Use the enter new note feature to search for 'medical discharge'. Complete this with summary of inpatient stay.
This generates a report in the clinical reports tab under the admission and discharge heading called 'Medical Discharge Letter'.
Click 'confirm and send' in top right hand corner to send this report to the admin in box (email will already be pre-populated nuth.postnataldischarges@nhs.net
This drops into mailbox monitored by the admin team who will then email this out to the community midwives along with the postnatal discharges.
