• This will return several options select either;
  • Blood Tests, Results and Actions (Woman)
  • Blood Tests, Results and Actions (Baby)
• this defaults to the Details tab (left hand side menu)
  • The first sections is Offered:
    • the first field is Time of Note which defaults to current date and time, this can be edited
    • Offered and Explained select the required option from the drop down menu
    • whether all All accepted and/or All accepted and taken when this option is selected default fields within Accepted are updated
    • Date and Time Offered
    • Offered By – Select use current user… to authorise
    • Screening Offered – Midwife’s Team select from the drop down
  • The second section is Declined:
    • Declined if the status is already known select from drop down
    • Declined (Woman’s Choice) select from the drop down
    • Declined (Other Reason) select from the drop down
    • Antenatal Screening Lead Informed
    • Notes provided to record additional information
  • The third section is Bloods Taken
    • Bloods Taken this field is automatically updated when All accepted and taken is selected
    • Date and time auto update field
    • Location of Sampling select from the drop down
    • Hospital of Sampling select current location if applicable
    • By Whom select from the drop down
    • Taken by auto update field
    • Taken by – Midwife’s team select from the drop down
    • Additional Notes
    • Any Rejected Samples Require Repeating yes/no option
    • Type of HIV Test rapid or routine
  • Not Offered During Whole Pregnancy drop down option

    • • This section will require completion on receipt of the test results

    • to be updated with follow up actions
