There are two ways to open the CTG Review form;

• With Labour and Birth selected from the left-hand side menu

• Then with any of the following tabs selected

Second and Third Stages

• The following Add new note will become visible on the right-hand side

 

• From the drop-down menu the following options will become available

• By selecting the Peer CTG Review four options become available from the drop-down menu by selecting the arrow:

 

• Commenced
• Reviewed
• Peer CTG Review – Fresh Pair of Eyes Review will be authorised by that person
• Completed

• Complete ALL the relevant sections then Save & Close
• This form can also be accessed via the Enter new notes… and in the Search bar enter CTG
• Select the CTG Review form and complete as above
