Reschedule an appointment
Quick Guide
- From within Schapptbook, click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
- In the Person tab, specify a Start Date to search for the patient, then click Find.
- Right‑click the correct appointment encounter and select Reschedule.
- Select “Yes” to the keep existing encounter question.
- Choose the new appointment date and new appointment time.
- Click Schedule.
- Click Confirm.
- Select Correspondence Select Resource and whether or not to send to external outpatient printer.
- Provide a Rescheduling Reason on the Offer tab. Click OK.
- Add comments, if necessary, and press OK.
