Reschedule an appointment
Quick Guide
- Open Schapptbook.
- Click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
- Select the Person tab.
- Search for the patient by setting Start Date to a date in the past, then click Find.,
- Select the correct appointment encounter.
- Right click and then select Reschedule.
- Select "Yes" to the keep existing encounter question.
- Select new appointment date.
- Select new appointment start time.
- Select Schedule.
- Select Confirm.
- Select Correspondence Select Resource.
- Add Rescheduling Reason on the Offer tab.
- Add comments if needed.
