Quick Guide
- Open Schapptbook.
- Click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
- Click on Resource tab.
- Type clinic name in the resource field and press ellipse - clinic name will populate in the resource field.
- Filter the start and end date fields if the appointment date needed is not todays date.
- Click Find.
- A list of the patient appointment's for the clinic for the date selected will appear - find Patient name who will have a "Confirmed" status, right click and select Did Not attend.
- Select the Offer tab in the No Show window.
- From the RTT Status field, select Did Not Attend from the drop down.
- Select an appropriate option from the Outcome of Attendance drop down window.
- Click Ok.
N.B. The patient's status will now show "No Show" in the State column.
