Quick Guide

  1. Open Schapptbook.
  2. Click on Appointment Enquiry (Blue eye).
  3. Click on Resource tab.
  4. Type clinic name in the resource field and press ellipse - clinic name will populate in the resource field.
  5. Filter the start and end date fields if the appointment date needed is not todays date.
  6. Click Find.
  7. A list of the patient appointment's for the clinic for the date selected will appear - find Patient name who will have a "Confirmed" status, right click and select Did Not attend.
  8. Select the Offer tab in the No Show window.
  9. From the RTT Status field, select Did Not Attend from the drop down.
  10. Select an appropriate option from the Outcome of Attendance drop down window.
  11. Click Ok.

N.B. The patient's status will now show "No Show" in the State column.
