How to document a Clinical Note on BadgerNet
- This form can be completed for either woman or baby as required
- Using the Enter new note….search function
- Type cli in the Search box
- The search will return both:
- Clinical note (woman)
- Clinical note (baby)
- Select the desired form by clicking on it
- Alternatively with Notes During Pregnancy selected from the left hand side menu, then highlight the relevant option from the timeline
- The Add New Button will be visible on the right-hand side on the New Notes blue bar
- Using the drop-down arrow menu
- Select the required Clinical Note or Review
- At the bottom of the form there is a box named Confidential if this is selected then this information WILL NOT be published to Badger Notes and therefore, not visible to the woman
