Quick Guide

1. With the patient record open, click Treatment Escalation Plan in the blue menu to open the Advanced Care Planning window.
2. The date of the previous decision is visible, and the details of the other clinicians involved in the decision
3. Click on DNACPR Review to open the form.
4. Complete the DNACPR Review form page details.
5. Click the green tick to sign the form. Close the Advance Care Planning form and refresh the patient record, the resus status will change or stay the same according to the review decision, with today’s date showing.
6. You will then need to access Document Creation to create an updated DNACPR form.
