Quick Guide
- Open a Patient's record within Powerchart.
- The Patient's Resus status will show.
- Click on the patient's name in the blue banner bar.
- This will display the details of the DNACPR status and show when the appropriate documents were created and by whom.
- Click on the + button and select the Treatment Escalation and Resuscitation status form.
- In the escalation plan question select "For CPR".
No need to complete DNACPR discussion section.
- Document the TEP discussion in the form.
- Add treatment limitations.
- Add signature in signing section.
- Click the green tick top left hand corner to sign the form.
- Refresh Advanced Care Planning window.
- Key details from the form are now visible in the workflow page.
- Treatment limitations are clearly displayed without needing to open the previously completed form.
- The TEP level selected is visible in the blue banner bar (you may need to refresh the patient's chart to view this).
