TEP Guide – For CPR.
Quick Guide
With a patient’s record open, click on
Treatment Escalation Plan
in the blue menu.
The
DNACPR status
and related documents will display.
Click on the + button and select the
Treatment Escalation and Resuscitation status
form.
In the escalation plan question select “
For CPR
“.
You
do not
need to complete DNACPR discussion section.
Document the
TEP discussion
in the form.
Add
treatment limitations
.
Add
signature
in signing section.
Click the
green tick
top left hand corner to sign the form.
Refresh
Advanced Care Planning window.
Key details from the form are now visible in the workflow page.
Treatment limitations are clearly displayed without needing to open the previously completed form.
The TEP level selected is visible in the blue banner bar (you may need to refresh the patient’s chart to view this).
