The Enter new note… search function is available from within the pregnancy record at the top of the menu on the left

Please note: if you can’t see the Enter new note… search box click any of the left menu items other than the Pregnancy Summary and scroll the left menu to the top

1. Click the Enter new note… search box. The note search pop up will appear to the right

2. Enter the search term for the form – the search will start as soon as you start typing

Please note: If the woman has given birth the search results will be divided into two sections with the Woman Notes at the top and the Baby Notes below

3. Click the note you wish to open
