How to find and open forms or notes in BadgerNet

BadgerNet documentation is mainly completed using forms or notes. To start a new forms or note you can use any of the methods described below:

• Using the Enter new note… search function
• Using the red plus button from the Notes During Pregnancy or Postnatal screens
• Several screens such as Notes During Pregnancy, Postnatal, Labour and Birth and Induction have a contextual drop down menu on the right that allows access to other forms
• Some forms contain buttons that allow you to open other forms, for example the Admission form has buttons to open the VTE, Covid-19 or PPH Risk Assessment forms
• Forms/ notes can also be accessed from within other forms using the contextual browser menu on the right. What appears here will depend on which form you are currently working in
