Accessing the Antenatal Follow Up Form
In the pregnancy record, select Notes During Pregnancy from the left menu
Click the red plus button to the top left
From the drop-down menu select Antenatal Follow-up

The Antenatal Follow-up form is comprised of the sections detailed below.
If support staff are involved in documenting the follow up, the Midwife will complete the On Arrival section and the support staff will complete Observations and any other documentation as necessary
