Quick Guide

The following guidance shows how to record HOUDINI and Catheter in PowerChart:

1. From within an open patient record in PowerChart, select Assessment / Fluid Balance from the menu.
2. Select Adult Lines – Devices navigator band:
3. Select Urinary Catheter section.
4. Click the Repeatable Group button:
5. From the Activity dropdown select Assessment:
6. Under Urinary Catheter Indications, you can then add HOUDINI:
