Record a Patient with Accessible Information Needs
Quick Guide
- Open your patient record within the PowerChart application.
- Select Diagnosis & Problems from the menu.
- From the Problems section at the bottom of the screen, select +Add.
- Under Classification, ensure you select Accessibility.
- From the section at the bottom, find and open the relevant Accessible Information folder.
- Search for the term that is the patient’s actual need and double click on it.
- Click OK.
- Information will display as a pop up when the patient record is opened within PowerChart, PM Office and SchApptBook.
