Quick Guide

  1. Open your patient record within the PowerChart application.
  2. Select Diagnosis & Problems from the menu.
  3. From the Problems section at the bottom of the screen, select +Add.
  4. Under Classification, ensure you select Accessibility.
  5. From the section at the bottom, find and open the relevant Accessible Information folder.
  6. Search for the term that is the patient’s actual need and double click on it.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Information will display as a pop up when the patient record is opened within PowerChart, PM Office and SchApptBook.
