Setting your task list tab to Departmental View will show tasks generated from all patients in the selected location. Use only if you regularly receive tasks from patients across a large number of wards or have a site-wide responsibility
Settings such as location are set on a tab by tab basis. So you will need to choose a location for each tab you are using e.g. Referrals, Contacts etc
From the relevant tab within Task List:
Right click on ‘Assigned Tasks‘ (towards top left)
Click ‘Customise Patient View‘
In the Task List Properties pop-up window, put a tick in the box for ‘Choose a Patient List’
Select ‘Departmental View’ (located at the top of the list of patient lists)
Select a site or sites from the locations menu on the right e.g. select RVI to see tasks from all locations at the RVI
