Using Order Favourites from WorkFlows

Scenario

This guide shows how to use order/prescribing favourites once you have added them. In this guide:

From Workflows
  1. From New Order Entry component within your workflow, select the appropriate Venue.
  2. Select the Mine tab. The favourites associated to the selected venue will display.
  3. To use a favourite, click on it. The order will be added to your order basket where it can be modified or signed.

From the Situation Background tab
  1. Within Workflow, select the Situation Background tab.
  2. In the New Requests section, select the appropriate Venue/Type.
  3. Click the Order button beside the favourite you want to use. This will be added to your order basket where it can be modified or signed.

Additional Information

The favourites that display in the Mine/My tab relate to the Venue used when saving them. The table below shows which venue to select to view/use a favourite.
