How to modify or unrecord an assessment:

1. Right click the assessment you wish to modify or change.
2. Select Modify:

3. The assessment text will turn purple.
4. Enter or select the new value(s).
5. Sign using the green tick:
6. The modified value will show a small blue triangle to the bottom right:

1. Right click the assessment you wish to unrecord.
2. Select Unrecord:

3. In the pop up that appears select the reason – Other:

4. Add a comment.
5. Click Sign:
6. The value will now display as “In Error”. The value history can be accessed by double-clicking the field.
