Quick Guide

How to document within a Care Plan in the patient record.

From the Requests / Care Plans section:

1. Click Document in Plan.
2. Locate the interventions you wish to document against.
3. Click the icon at the end of the line.
4. Complete the Outcome Description and Outcome Variance sections.
5. Repeat as required.
6. Click Sign Documentation.
