Quick Guide

From the Requests / Care Plans dark blue menu item on the left:

1. Click Document in Plan.
2. Locate the interventions you wish to document against.
3. Click the icon at the end of the line.
4. Complete the Outcome Description and Outcome Variance sections.
5. Repeat as required.
6. Click Sign Documentation.
