How to document in a Care Plan within a patient record.

From the Requests / Care Plans section:

1. Click on the care plan.
2. Right click on the Order.
3. Select Modify.
4. In the details window, select the desired Frequency.
5. Click Orders for Signature.
6. Click Sign.
