Establishing Relationships

How to establish relationships:

Establish Relationships (multiple patients):

1. Click the Establish Relationships button towards the top of the page:
2. Select your relationship from the drop down at the top e.g. Clinical :
3. All patients will be select by default – unselect if you do not wish to establish a relationship with a patient.
4. Click ‘Establish‘ at the bottom right of the screen:

Establish Relationships (single patient):

1. Click the ‘No Relationship Exists‘ link to the right of the patient’s name:
2. Select your relationship from the drop down at the top e.g. Clinical :
3. Click ‘Establish‘ at the bottom right of the screen :
