ED Transfer to Inpatient
From within FirstNet
- Select the patient and click on ‘Add Order‘ (bed icon)
- Add the ‘Transfer Patient‘ order and complete the form
- Select the ‘ED Decision to Admit Conversation‘ and complete the details
- Select the ward on the tracking screen
- Clinician or Nurse in Charge completes depart process
Once a bed has been reserved by the PSC/AS Coordinator the destination will appear in the Bed Reservation field in FirstNet
