From within CapMan, on the Patient List tab:

1. Select the patient
2. Click the Transfer button immediately above the bed board, and select Transfer Patient.
3. Complete details as appropriate.
4. The patient will now appear on the Transfer List tab in the upper half of the screen
5. Click the blank destination field next in the Destination column for the patient, and select the destination ward.
