1. In the patient record, select Diagnosis & Problems from the dark blue menu on the left.
  2. Click the +Add button to the top left of the Diagnosis section of the screen.
  3. Type the name of the Diagnosis you wish to document into the search field.
  4. Click the magnifying glass button to the right of the search field.
  5. If what you are looking for does not appear in the search result list, try changing the filter from “starts with” to “contains“.
  6. Click on Search by Name.
  7. If still cannot find what you are looking for, click Cancel.
  8. Select the Free Text tick box to the right of the yellow Diagnosis search field.
  9. You can add the selected Diagnosis to your Favourites using the Add to Favourites button
  10. Click OK.
  11. Update the TypeConfirmationClassification and Comments fields as appropriate.
  12. Click OK.

Please note: it is not currently possible to add a free text problem to the Patient Record.
