Setting your default folder will speed up the documentation of common diagnoses or problems for your specialism

  1. Click on the Diagnosis & Problems tab found in the dark blue menu to the left side.
  2. Click the +Add button to the top left of the Diagnosis or Problem sections of the screen.
  3. Click the Folders button.
  4. To select a top level folder as the default, right click on it and select Set As Home Folder.
  5. If you need to select a sub-folder (e.g. the Medical folder contains folders for some specialisms):
    1. Click the top level folder.
    2. Right click the sub-folder and select Set As Home Folder.
  1. When you add a Diagnosis or Problem for another patient, the selected folder will now be your default view.
