1. In the Diagnosis & Problems menu item, click the +Add button to the top left of the Diagnosis or Problem sections of the screen.
2. Click the small arrow to the immediate right of the Favourites button.
3. Select Organise Favourites
4. You now have four options:
   
   • Create Folder creates a new sub-folder within the currently selected folder (default is Favourites).
   • Move to Folder moves the selected Diagnosis, Problem or sub-folder to another location.
   • Rename allows you to modify the name of the selected Diagnosis, Problem or sub-folder.
   • Remove deletes the selected Diagnosis, Problem or sub-folder.
5. Click Close.

Any sub-folders you have created will now be available when you add a Diagnosis or Problem to your personal favourites.
